I think this might possibly be a perfect collaboration, the flowery gothicness of Meadham Kirchoff and the sheer amazingness of Topshop. I particularly love the tights and the ripped tunic top – very grungy. These can all be brought from Topshop.

This is my latest drawing, it’s based on a pose from the Topshop A/W 2010 ad. Sorry I haven’t been posting much, other than a slight addiction to facebook frontierville, I’ve also been creating a business plan (well, not really, but I’ve got an idea!) but more on that later.

This is my latest illustration. It was inspired by the Topshop studded aviator cap. I added a black trench and a pair of Acne wedges (I’m generally not a wedge heel fan, but this pair are growing on me!). It’s done mainly in tonal pencils. In other news, I’ve had an intesesting offer from Danielle Ferguson of Salford University GFW fame. I commented on the fact that I liked one of her dresses, and she said she might be able to make it for me (OMG!). Am I having a fashion moment?! Hopefully more news to come on that front.

Okay, I’ll admit when I saw aviator caps on the runway at Alexander Wang, they weren’t immediatly interesting to me. But Topshop seem to have a way of bringing out the best in a trend, plus, if something has studs on it (tastefully of course!) then I’m there! Now the aviator cap above isn’t going to be in stores for some time, but keep your fashionable eyes peeled cos’ they’ll be up sometime this year, and I predict that this trend could catch on. Image from Stylebubble, she’s also got more images from the Topshop A/W 2010 collection. Btw, there’s a Topshop sale on at the moment, so check out the plentiful bargains.

Asos have done it again! The dress above is not unlike a shorter version produced by Topshop a few months ago. And all for £36! If you ask me, it’s simple enough to be taken for something much more expensive. I would probably pair it with a long 1940′s hair do and the accessories below.
